Tour Eligibility:
The tour must be scheduled in advance and conducted with a Mulberry Farms leasing representative.
Only one gift card will be awarded per household.
Gift Card Issuance Requirements:
The prospective resident must:
Complete an in-person tour of the Mulberry Farms community.
Provide accurate contact information at the time of the tour.
Bonus Issuance:
The $25 Amazon Gift Card will be distributed within 7–10 business days after the completed tour.
Gift cards will be delivered electronically via the email address provided or through another method designated by management.
Limitations:
No purchase or lease agreement is required to receive the gift card.
Limit one gift card per household, regardless of the number of tours.
Offer is available only while supplies last.
Current residents and employees of Mulberry Farms or its affiliates are not eligible.
