Referral Eligibility: The referred prospect must mention the referring resident’s name in their initial inquiry or application. Retroactive referrals will not be accepted.
Lease and Residency Requirements: The referred prospect must:
Sign a lease agreement.
Fulfill all move-in requirements.
Reside in the unit for a minimum of 60 days (or per community policy).
Referring Resident Requirements: The referring resident must:
Be in good standing at the time of the referral bonus issuance.
Have no outstanding balances or lease violations.
Bonus Issuance: The referral bonus will be issued within 30 days after the referred resident has met the residency requirement.
Limitations:
Only one referral bonus will be awarded per lease signed.
The program does not apply to roommates or household transfers.
Program Changes: This referral program is subject to modification or termination at any time without prior notice.
