How it all started
“When we visioned and planned The Great Street Company’s approach to community, we asked ourselves: If Walt Disney were alive today and building a community, what would it look and feel like?” says Dave Grounds, co-founder of The Great Street Company. “We kept coming back to the fact that people want to live in a community that makes them feel good.”
Charlie Williams, co-founder of The Great Street Company, added, “This notion of making people feel good is the driving idea behind our approach to community. This includes architecturally charming homes, and more than that, crafting a community that promotes socialization and wellness.”
Breaking the mold

As you enter Mulberry Farms, you’re greeted by The Great Street, lined with white picket fences, rose bush hedges and attractive homes. Each residence features inviting front porches adorned with American flags, exuding an ambience that is both timeless and welcoming.
Venture further, and you’ll reach The Great Lawn and Barn — two beautiful communal areas where residents gather. These spaces come alive with activity, from casual card games to organized events like music evenings on the lawn.
