Administration

It does not cost to tour our apartments. We offer in-person, self-guided, and virtual tours.
 

We recommend making an appointment so you don't have to wait but we do take walk-ins as well!
 

The management team is onsite so you can access them easily.

Applications are processed within 3-5 business days.

Typically a $500 refundable security deposit (depending on credit approval), $250 administration fee, and prorated rent.

You may pay online with either a debit card, credit card, or direct bank account. The only other option is through WIPS.
 

You can pay rent online through the residential portal found on our property website.
 

There is a $50 amenity fee and $45/65 for utilites.

No, renters insurance is not required. 

Utilities are billed separately but paid with rent including water, sewer & trash. Electric is separate.

The only utility needed to be set up is electric through APS.

Yes, if you refer a friend and they lease with us you get a $500 rent credit. Contact the leasing office for details and restrictions.

2 guests per home at a time. Maximjm stay of 10 days per the lease agreement.
 

Rent price stays the same regardless unless you rent a short-term lease.

No sublets are permitted per the lease agreement.

A penalty fee of one full month of rent plus a 30-day notice.

Amenities

Yes, a garage and driveway are included with each unit. Unassigned, uncovered parking is also available.
 

Each unit comes with a washer and dryer.

We love pets! Check out our pet policy for more information regarding pet limits, restrictions, and fees.

$250 refundable pet deposit; $250 non-refundable pet fee; $35 monthly pet rent max of two pets

No weight restrictions. We do have breed restrictions.

Yes, we have a bark park for your four-legged friends.
 

Washer, dryer, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and microwave are all standard appliances in the units.

We do not offer furnished apartments at this time.

6-9 month lease $300 premium.

We do not offer corporate leases at this time.

For your convenience, you have 24-hour access to your packages through our parcel pending locker system.

We do not offer a fitness center but we do have a jog track "The Great Mile"

Maintenance

We have it walked through by maintenance & the leasing team to make sure our standards are met and units are clean.

Yes, we have on-site maintenance and 24/7 emergency maintenance.

If you have an issue with an item in your unit please submit a maintenance request through your resident portal.
 

You will be contacted within 48 hours from the time the work order is submitted

No, you can give PTE (permission to enter) through your work order request.

If you are locked out please call the office or emergency maintenance to resolve the issue.

Yes, we allow decorations during holidays as long as the integrity of the unit stays intact (please see addendum).
